We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, used grills and charcoal cannot be returned once ignited.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all ceramic components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
