Does the Big Green Egg come with a warranty?
Yes, every Big Green Egg comes with a limited lifetime warranty for the ceramic components to the original purchaser. Metal parts and accessories are covered under specific limited warranties ranging from one to five years.
Can I use my Big Green Egg in the rain or snow?
Absolutely. The high-quality ceramics are designed to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations and weather conditions. However, we recommend using a protective cover when the EGG is not in use to keep the exterior clean.
How do I clean the interior of my EGG?
The Big Green Egg is largely self-cleaning. For a deep clean, simply heat the EGG to 600°F (315°C) for about 30 minutes to burn off food residue, then brush the cooking grid and remove the cold ash from the bottom.
